I like this recipe, but i would add the asparagus later in the cooking process. Farro is chewy and nutty and much more filling then arborio rice, yet it still has that risotto creaminess that i love. When people ask me what i like to cook most (and people ask alllllll the time), my answer is always risotto. The truth is that with a little love and attention, risotto couldn't be easier.
