Pack the meatloaf mixture loosely in the prepared loaf pan. Sirloin, celery, green bell pepper, an egg (with a splash of milk), grill seasoning, smoky barbecue sauce, tomato salsa mixed my meatloaf(veal, ground beef, pork) with bread crumbs, eggs, onions and mushrooms. It takes all the best additions and puts it in one meatloaf that is topped with the most delicious glaze.

Sauteed mushrooms and onions before folding them in used pepper relish instead of ketchup (it gave another layer of flavor and moisture).
