I made this from a recipe column of a magazine and it turned out very good. This rich and creamy garlic mushroom soup is perfect for fall with it's deep earthy flavors. I made this few months ago for a weekend brunch along with garlic cheese toast and chilli garlic eggs. Serve with crusty bread for dipping!
